can I address as คุณ to an elder? is it polite or is there any other options?
KHUN is fine, but you can use PEE when addressing elder (and NONG for younger).
If you would like to keep it formal like when you are serving an older customer, that’s proper however we would call him/her like คุณลุง (uncle), คุณป้า (aunt), คุณตา (grandfather), คุณยาย (granny), หรือคุณพี่ (brother or sister).

I had read that น่าจะ means "should". Is that completely wrong or does น่าจะ have 2 meanings?
The correct word for suggestion is ควรจะ - เธอควรจะไปหาหมอนะ. Or you can use the word "สิ" as an ending word for stronger but casual suggestion - เธอไปหาหมอสิ. However, if you'd like to suggest someone softly "should probably", น่าจะ also works. เธอน่าจะไปหาหมอนะ
